I keep getting verification error ive erased it and downloaded it about 10 times please fix this problem

For some reason the sound is mute dont know why and check the volume switch and its not on mute either please devs help

Its good over all but it keeps crashing. I also cant claim the rewards for the Brave Frontier collaboration event. Please try to fix these things.

Fix the verification error please. Its been days with no response from support on the matter. The game was interesting until this error.

Alright, Ive been a fan of the "Tales" series all the way back since the US release of Symphonia on the Gamecube. While I was a pretty stupid kid back then, I was still able to appreciate what all the franchise brought to the table, and this game... While definitely a different type of experience from the standard "Tales" game (Duh), I feel its a great way to show love to the fans, both new and old. Pros: -The freebies that vet. players and newbies get alike are very nice, and often are a great help to everyone. -The events are fun, and are usually pretty fair to clear (Unless youre getting into things like Mania difficulty maps or above...) -The Gacha function for summoning new Heroes is done in a way I feel other games with similar features could REALLY learn from. The fact youre guaranteed a 4 star or higher the first time you Single Summon from a particular Gacha pool is a beautiful feature, and I could kiss the devs for including it. -The gameplay is simple, but is done in a way that lets players come up with some really creative combinations and setups to really blaze through battles with ease, style, or maybe even both. -Theres almost always a gel on hand to help restore your stamina. -Despite anything listed below, theres never really a feeling that this game is "Pay to Win". Cons: -The lack of a single Constant "Premium" Gacha pool that just gets updated does kind of make things a bit annoying. Its a minor complaint, I know, but I feel there should be a summon pool with a typically consistant rate for heroes. -The stamina costs for event maps tends to be on the high side more often than not, and this can typically leave lower ranked players--who may have the party for it, but not the stamina--in the dust for timed events. -The inconsistancy of ones ability to Continue, and the sheer reliance of Hero Stones. While I can understand the need for income off a free-to-play game like this, I feel thered be a much bigger draw if players could have alternative means of getting to continue or expand their Hero and Gear boxes, instead of only being able to do so through Hero Stones. -THeres a strange bug in the game that involves the Cautionary screen that shows up before the actual Title Screen: If you tap it too soon, the game loses all audio. You have to wait a second or two before tapping to prevent this. -The friend list limit is rather on the small side for a game like this, which is a typically a big draw for these kinds of games. Plus, using a friend for support on a map always leaves you unable to choose that friend again for an amount of time that honestly feels a bit unreasonably long.

This game is not only fun and easy to play but also very rewarding and allows you to get strong pretty quickly. Its one of my favorite games and I hope it gets better from here. Keep up the good work!

This game is so much fun but for some reason it made loose my account and now when i tried to start over, it just kicks me out. Idk if its just me but that needs to be fixes

Really happy that this game was released outside of Japan. Ive been playing the series since Tales of Eternia so I feel rewarded to be able to play an app with all my favorite Tales characters in it! Its very fun and addicting. The only problem I have which Ive seen others mention already, is that all the game sounds completely cut out sometimes... I believe it happens when you tap on the first screen too quickly. I have to reboot my phone to get it working again. Fix that and Id give it a 5-star!

I downloaded the assets, but every time I try something it brings up a message saying, "verification failed, return home" no matter what I do.

Ik that some tales games have a ridiculous difficulty jump in with or lvl or just simply hard to beat. Ive had this game for couple weeks already and am loving it but the Lvls go from easy to hard so quick especially in the events. For the example the jump from the 2nd quest in the area realm to its 3rd quest. At first I struggled cause the sudden leap in difficulty but unfortunately some inexperienced players may have struggled deeply so in my opinion the game should have more quests to progress in difficulty rather than the sudden exponential leap in its difficulty.

This game seems like it has good potential from the tutorial but I keep getting a verification error and nothing I do is fixing it. Please fix because I love the tales series and really want to be able to play this game

Everything is great about this game; graphics, voices, etc., but for some reason, my sound suddenly stopped working. I checked the settings, and the one for the actual mobile. All my other games still have sound, so its just this. Hope you can fix it, and nice game!

But the difficultly of the quests are too OP too quickly.. My units can keep up :(

One of the best games Ive played on a phone. The story is a little short at the moment but its pretty decent. Gameplay and events are great. It is in no way pay to play. I have a very decent viable team. Spent a little money but fit a good game why not. Does get much harder to get gems later on but you will play for days/weeks before that hits.

In this game you wont have to worry about paying for items and stuff. This game is well made and REWARDS you generously for playing. You wont need to worry about wasting your money. This game is PLAY 2 SUCCEED. All you need to do is sit back and enjoy this game. The story is fun and rich WITH complete Japanese voice acting, along with downloadable combat voices. TOL has a MASSIVE amounts of your favorite characters from the tales games. They handled this EXTREMELY WELL, using the oldest to newest characters. Not even the main character but the lovable side characters you met in game. This has to be one of the BEST games on mobile. Only because its free, rewards are generous, MASSIVE ROSTER, fun exciting gameplay, and a fun story. DOWNLOAD AND ENJOY YOU WONT REGRET IT!!

Saving hero stones is hard since theres so few after a certain point. And the fact that doing 50 summon event always get you that one dumb chester and doesnt guarantee you a 5* after so many tries. I did a 50 roll at least 7 times now and never got a limited or a 5* in months. I didnt feel rewarded for my dedication to game so now i quit.
